I was honored to be asked to co-author a book about my transition to a plant based lifestyle. In it, you’ll find out what lead myself and my co-authors to take the leap!
Since changing my lifestyle to one that is plant based and includes exercise and wellness initiatives, I decided to become a Distributor for a health and wellness company.
This was soooooo far out of my norm, but I was so excited about this my new lifestyle that I took this giant leap of faith! (That’s what happens when you get your energy back! 😊)
But I wasn't done yet! 😊2 years later, I applied to and was accepted into a Health Communication Ph.D. program where I am deepening my affection for communicating best health and wellness practices.
Currently, I share my health journey, much like I did in this book. I am the author of my own daily content and am excited about helping others with their journeys too!
So, here I am - plant-based, author, student, and teacher - helping people with their health and wellness journey’s and loving every minute of it!
